Maintenance Supervisor

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week.

Job Specification:

• To ensure that multiple sites and their grounds are kept clean and tidy at all times, and that they are always maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• To liaise with relevant managers on routine tasks and maintenance of site
• To undertake tasks set by Service Manager relating to workshop and back of house
• Assist with valeting as required
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and groundwork
• Undertake maintenance of grass and ensure surrounding areas are kept weed and litter free
• Basic painting, decorating and cleaning
• To complete minor DIY
• To detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs

Person Specification:

• Practical skills and proficiency with tools
• Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Being resourceful and self-motivated
• Being flexible
• Able to resolve complaints/issues quickly and efficiently
• Good communication skills

Specific Job Criteria:

• Current Driving License holder - travel between multiple sites will be required
• Proven experience in a Maintenance/Handyman role
