Service and Parts
At Highland Audi we invest a great deal of time and effort in ensuring you always get the very best: the best service, the best aftersales support and the best facilities. When you bring your Audi to us we don’t just service it. We will provide you with a complimentary courtesy car if needed. However, many of our customers take advantage of a lift into town to do a little shopping, to be collected by us later. We wash and vacuum your car free of charge before returning it to you. We can even arrange for your Audi to be collected and delivered back to you at your home or place of work, within a 15 mile radius.
All repairs are carried out by our fully qualified Audi Technicians who have gone through some of the toughest certification tests in the industry. We use the latest Audi diagnostic equipment and only genuine parts in all our service and repair work. All our work is guaranteed for 12 months.
As the only authorised parts & accessories supplier in the Highlands & Islands, we are happy to send out parts & accessories to our customers who cannot get to us. Just call us and we will advise on the most appropriate delivery method.
